Indoor Units:

Starting 1/1/2026 prices will be as follows for new rentals:


10x10 (15 total units): $65

10x15 (38 total units): $75

10x20 (15 total units): $85

15x30 (1): $185

Outdoor Units (Trailers or Boats) (No Heavey Equipment!):

12x24 (6 units total): $75 

Due Date

Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Late Fee

If payments are not received by the 5th of each month, a 20% late fee will be assessed

Lockout

If payment is not received by 15th of the month, you unit(s) will be locked out until payment.  

Auction

If payment is not received after 90, 90 days after the lockout, the unit(s) will be auctioned off.
